We're Hiring: Business Growth Manager (Team Head)

Location: Taytay, Rizal

Work Setup: Onsite

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Growth Manager to lead our sales and business development initiatives. This role is critical in driving revenue, expanding opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent leadership and execution of growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate, and execute sales processes.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver products and services.
  • Consistently achieve monthly production and collection targets.
  • Review operational procedures and recommend improvements.
  • Present sales performance and progress reports to management.
  • Ensure ISO compliance, SOP codification, and accurate reporting.
  • Actively participate in training, meetings, and company events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • 3–5 years of managerial experience in Sales and Marketing.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and tech-savvy.
