Schedule: Monday to Friday | Day Shift
Work Setup: Onsite
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create, coordinate, and execute all sales processes
- Engage with customers to understand needs and promote products/services
- Identify new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled
- Practice the CVM Core values consistently
- Achieve monthly revenue targets
- Deliver excellent customer service to encourage loyalty and repeat business
- Monitor and present sales performance to team and management
- Set and work toward ambitious sales goals
- Continuously develop skills and industry knowledge
- Comply with company policies, operating procedures, and training programs
- Actively participate in corporate activities and events
- Perform additional duties as assigned by superiors
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Targets & Growth: Achieve monthly production and collection targets; initiate business expansion
- Review & Improvement: Conduct quarterly business reviews; analyze and improve operational controls
- Reports & Monitoring: Ensure ISO compliance, codify SOPs, and regularly update performance reports
QUALIFICATIONS:
Educational Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
Experience Requirement:
- 3–5 years in a managerial role within Sales and Marketing
Skills Requirement:
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Attitude & Habits:
- Honest, trustworthy, hardworking, reliable, organized, and focused
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
