Job Overview
The Document Management Processor will be supporting Accounts Payable transactional activities. It will be in-charge of thorough review of document billings and ensure completeness.
The role is a Fixed Term Contract of 6 Months and working onsite daily in Quezon City.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs validation of physical documents in compliance to the BIR requirements such as vendor invoice content and information.
- Ensure that all supporting documents are complete, accurate and in accordance with the standard required documents per nature of transactions.
- Ensure timely execution of tasks as required in the Service Level of Agreement with the company or its client.
- Performs rejection of invoice if non-compliance to standard requirements
- Provides relevant data as required for reporting purposes.
- Performs reinstatement/ rejection of documents based on the standard requirements, company policy and procedure.
- Compliance to established internal and external control requirements at all times
- Minimize business' exposure to risks by executing generally-accepted control procedures
- Ensure evidencing and documentation for future audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any related course.
- Experience in Accounts Payable, Bookkeeping, and/or Billing is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Coca-Cola Bagumbayan Distribution Center in Quezon City on a daily basis.
