Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- must be knowledgable to use computer apps such as microsoft apps
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications for project managers and site teams
- Maintain records of project documents, contracts, and supplier invoices
- Assist in procurement coordination, tracking material orders and delivery schedules
- Handle office supply inventory and replenish as needed
- Support basic HR and payroll tasks such as monitoring attendance and preparing timesheets
- Assist with billing, petty cash, and other basic accounting tasks
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors professionally when needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
