Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • must be knowledgable to use computer apps such as microsoft apps
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications for project managers and site teams
  • Maintain records of project documents, contracts, and supplier invoices
  • Assist in procurement coordination, tracking material orders and delivery schedules
  • Handle office supply inventory and replenish as needed
  • Support basic HR and payroll tasks such as monitoring attendance and preparing timesheets
  • Assist with billing, petty cash, and other basic accounting tasks
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors professionally when needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
