JOB DESCRIPTION:

Masonry (Pagmamason):

Paglalagay ng palitada, paggawa ng ladrilyo, pagtitiles, paghuhukay at pagbabarena, pagsasaayos at paggamit ng mga kagamitang may abrasive wheels, batayang pagtutubero, at karpinterya.

Plumbing (Pagtutubero):

Pagwe-welding, brazing, paggawa ng tingga (lead work), pagkukumpuni ng mga linya ng malamig at mainit na tubig sa bahay, paglilinis at pagkukumpuni ng mga linya ng dumi at kaugnay na waste water systems, patch repair sa mga dingding, pagtitiles, at batayang karpinterya at pagmamason.

Painting (Pagpipintura):

Paglalagay ng pintura, stain, at iba pang pangwakas na patong sa mga pader, kisame, at muwebles gamit ang brotsa, spray gun, o roller. Paglalagay ng primer o sealer upang ihanda ang bagong mga ibabaw para sa huling patong ng pintura.

Electrical (Elektrikal):

Paglikha, pagpapanatili, at pagkukumpuni ng mga elektronikong bahagi at kagamitan na ginagamit sa anumang aparato o sistemang may kuryente.

Mechanical (Mekanikal):

Pagsusuri ng mga kagamitan at operating systems. Tinitiyak na ang mga mekanikal na operasyon, pamantayan, at kontrol ay nananatiling mataas ang kalidad. Pagsasagawa ng pagkukumpuni at preventive maintenance ayon sa itinakdang pamantayan.

Requirements:

  • Vocational or High School Graduate.
  • May matibay na karanasan sa multi-skilled maintenance work.
  • National Certificate II or Tesda Training is an advantage.
  • May alam sa karpinterya, pagpipintura, at pag-aayos ng gusali. Marunong gumamit ng mga basic hand at power tools sa ligtas na paraan, at marunong din sa tamang pagbubuhat at paghawak ng kagamitan sa trabaho.
