We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Lead Technician to oversee the maintenance, installation, and repair of properties under our management. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and functionality of properties. In addition, our department functions as a general service contractor, providing maintenance, installation, minor renovation, and construction services. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to property maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Supervision

● Lead a team of technicians responsible for maintenance, repairs, and installations.

● Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure work quality meets company standards.

● Assist the supervisor in conducting regular performance or skills evaluation and training to enhance the team's technical skills.

2. Routine Maintenance, Repairs & Installations

● Assist the supervisor to oversee and perform maintenance tasks, including minor repairs, renovations, civil and electrical installations, and aircon maintenance and cleaning.

● Ensure all maintenance and installation activities are conducted efficiently and safely.

● Maintain a high standard of property upkeep, addressing both urgent and routine repair requests.

3. Preventive Maintenance & Equipment Management

● Develop and execute a preventive maintenance schedule for all critical equipment and systems.

● Monitor and assess system performance, identifying recurring issues and implementing solutions.

● Maintain and update records of maintenance schedules and completed work.

4. Emergency Response & Special Projects

● Provide immediate response to urgent maintenance requests and breakdowns.

● Assist in coordinating with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs when necessary.

● Lead the technical team in special projects, including renovations, civil and electrical installations, and minor construction as needed.

5. Reporting & Documentation

● Document all maintenance and installation activities, ensuring reports are clear and actionable.

● Provide regular updates to the Property Supervisor or Manager regarding maintenance status and suggest improvements.

● Participate in team meetings and safety briefings to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

● Proven experience in property or building maintenance, preferably in real estate or general contracting.

● Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, and minor construction.

● Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.

● Effective communication skills and leadership experience in a technical team.

● Physically fit to perform hands-on maintenance work.

● Proficiency in maintenance tools and equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

● Technical or vocational training in HVAC, electrical, plumbing or related fields.

● Experience in handling renovation, installation, and minor construction projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php25,000.00 per month
