As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web-based mortgage platforms and internal systems. You will work closely with product, design, and operations teams to build scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications. This role is ideal for developers who want to grow quickly, take ownership, and contribute to the foundation of a growing fintech company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using modern front-end and back-end frameworks
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Build and integrate APIs for internal and third-party services
  • Ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full technical stack
  • Support deployment, testing, and documentation processes
  • Contribute ideas to improve product features, architecture, and development workflows

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Developer
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Vue, or Angular)
  • Experience with back-end technologies (e.g., , Express, Python, or PHP)
  • Experience working with databases (SQL or NoSQL — MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices
  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus
  • Experience with version control (Git)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Good communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech or financial systems
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools (Docker, CI/CD pipelines)
  • Understanding of security best practices
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles
