About the Role
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant / Engineer who can design and deliver enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. You will be hands-on in architecture, configuration, development, and integrations across the platform. This is a technical role requiring strong expertise in ServiceNow engineering—not just functional consulting.
This role is based in the Philippines with a hybrid setup, allowing you to collaborate globally while enjoying flexibility and work-life balance.
What You'll Do
- Solution Engineering: Design, configure, and build high-quality ServiceNow solutions aligned to best practices and client needs.
- Custom Development: Develop complex workflows, custom applications, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, email, web services).
- Platform Expertise: Stay ahead of ServiceNow upgrades, new features, and roadmap to advise clients on modernization and innovation.
- Technical Leadership: Lead technical workshops, guide delivery teams, and ensure architectural integrity across multiple ServiceNow modules.
- Client Engagement: Translate technical requirements into scalable solutions, while managing expectations with senior stakeholders.
- Coaching & Mentoring: Support junior engineers, contribute to capability building, and drive technical excellence within the practice.
What You Bring
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM + at least one of HRSD, CSM, ITOM, or ITBM).
- Strong coding skills in
JavaScript, AngularJS, Jelly, HTML, CSS, XML, REST/SOAP
. - Proven track record in ServiceNow development & solution delivery across multiple product lines.
- Experience with
integration frameworks
(REST, SOAP, JDBC, LDAP, SSO, OAuth, MID Server). - Strong understanding of
ITIL processes
and enterprise ITSM.
Nice to Have:
- ServiceNow Suite certifications (e.g., ITSM Pro, HRSD, CSM, ITOM).
- ITIL v4 Foundation or Practitioner.
- Experience with ServiceNow licensing and subscription models.
- 5+ years in ServiceNow project delivery.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices (Git, Jenkins, automated testing, CI/CD for ServiceNow).
