About the role

As a Junior Sourcing Scout at ResultsCX, you will play a crucial role in building the company's talent pipeline. This full-time position is based in Mactan Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, and will involve identifying, engaging and nurturing talented candidates to support the growth and success of our client's business.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively source and engage with passive and active candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals and your own professional network
  • Screen and qualify candidates to assess their skills, experience and cultural fit for our client's open roles
  • Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with the wider talent acquisition team to share market insights and best practices
  • Provide regular updates on sourcing activities and pipeline progression

What we're looking for

  • 6months-1years' experience in a recruitment or talent sourcing role, ideally within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry
  • Strong research and sourcing skills, with the ability to identify and engage with passive candidates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering a high-quality service
  • Familiar with recruitment tools and technologies, such as applicant tracking systems and social media platforms
  • Has experience in connecting with LGU's, Barangays' and PESO
