We're Hiring: Logistics Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to manage our logistics operations in Quezon, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to optimize processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Role: Logistics Supervisor

What You'll Do:
Oversee daily logistics operations and ensure timely delivery of goods
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline processes
Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Manage and train logistics staff for optimal performance
Develop strategies to reduce costs while maintaining service quality
Implement inventory management best practices

What Were Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
