Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    system implementation
    and familiarity with change management methodologies.
  • Strong skills in
    business analysis, stakeholder management, and project support
    .
  • Excellent
    communication, facilitation, and presentation
    abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in
    data interpretation and reporting
    .
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g.,
    Prosci
    ) is an advantage.

About the Role

As a
Change Analyst
, you will play a key role in driving
successful organizational transitions and transformations
. You will be responsible for
end-to-end change management
—including impact analysis, planning, communication, training, and implementation—ensuring that changes are well-adopted across teams, culture, and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct
    change impact assessments
    and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Create
    communication plans and materials
    to inform and engage employees.
  • Manage
    stakeholder engagement
    at all levels to secure buy-in and support.
  • Design and deliver
    training programs
    to equip employees with new skills and knowledge.
  • Facilitate
    change implementation
    , ensuring timelines and goals are achieved.
  • Monitor progress, analyze feedback, and prepare
    reports and recommendations
    .
  • Advocate and cultivate a
    culture of adaptability and innovation
    within the organization.
