Job Description: Change Management Analyst / Change Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Analyst/Change Manager with strong expertise in ITSM processes, Change Advisory Board (CAB) facilitation, and compliance-driven change governance. The ideal candidate has deep experience managing end‑to‑end change lifecycles, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate across diverse IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of all changes, ensuring full compliance with Change Management policies and standards.

  • Enforce and monitor Change Management processes to support SOX compliance and audit requirements.

  • Review and process Requests for Change (RFCs), assessing risk, impact, and readiness.

  • Conduct pre‑planning, conflict analysis, and scheduling reviews for all changes.

  • Collaborate with change owners, implementers, and IT support groups to align implementation windows and minimize business disruption.

  • Facilitate Enterprise CAB and Domain CAB meetings, ensuring effective communication and decision‑making.

  • Conduct post‑implementation reviews for changes that impact service delivery.

  • Ensure all RFCs are properly documented and closed in a timely manner.

  • Generate Change Management reports and analyze KPIs to track trends, risks, and process performance.

  • Drive continuous improvement of Change Management policies, procedures, and documentation.

  • Participate in SIT/UAT activities during ServiceNow upgrades or Change Module enhancements.

  • Support training, orientation, and roadshows related to ITSM Change Management.

  • Contribute to broader IT goals and operational objectives.

Non‑Negotiable Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with strong understanding of ITSM processes, with a focus on Change Management.

  • Experience in CAB engagement and facilitation.

  • Strong experience using KPIs and metrics to assess change risks, track trends, and influence behavior.

  • Familiarity with SOX compliance requirements.

  • Experience with ServiceNow, including reporting and knowledge management.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, preferably with advanced Excel skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated advocacy for process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in Enterprise Change Management.

  • Solid understanding of ITSM processes: Change, Request, Incident, Problem, and Knowledge Management.

  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.

  • Experience preparing Change Management agendas, reports, and schedules (preferred).

  • Experience facilitating CAB meetings (preferred).

  • ITIL v4 and/or project management certifications (preferred).

  • Experience in SIT/UAT testing activities (preferred).

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Willingness to work on a shifting schedule as needed.
