Change Management Analyst

The Change Analyst will be a core driver of organizational transformation, ensuring that changes in systems, processes, and structures are seamlessly implemented and effectively adopted. This role supports end-to-end change management activities, builds stakeholder alignment, and champions a culture of adaptability across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology field.
  • Proven experience in system implementation.
  • Background in change management, organizational development, or business process improvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and spot trends.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies and tools.
  • Understanding of project management principles.
  • High level of empathy and strong awareness of the human side of change.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is an advantage.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesOrganizational Change Management

  • Lead end-to-end change management activities including impact analysis, planning, design, and execution of change initiatives.
  • Assess impacts of proposed changes on people, processes, culture, and organizational structures.
  • Develop mitigation strategies to address risks and challenges.

Communication and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Develop communication plans and materials that clearly articulate upcoming changes.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement to secure alignment and buy-in throughout the change cycle.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and updates across all levels of the organization.

Training and Development

  • Design and deliver training programs to prepare employees for new systems, processes, or organizational changes.
  • Ensure training materials are targeted, relevant, and effective.

Change Implementation

  • Support the execution of change activities, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and adoption goals are met.
  • Monitor implementation progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful outcomes.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Gather and analyze data and feedback from change initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to track progress, measure effectiveness, and identify enhancement opportunities.

Culture Building

  • Promote a culture that embraces continuous improvement, adaptability, and innovation.
  • Act as an advocate for positive change and organizational growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 18 months

Pay: Up to Php50,000.00 per month
