Compliance Analyst

Job Description:

The primary role of the Compliance Analyst is to manage compliance tasks assigned by Compliance & Performance Lead. The position will be responsible for coordinating: internal and external audits; remediating issues breaching compliance; managing cyber security and compliance initiatives. The compliance analyst role will manage audit and compliance for applications within the Customer& Corporate Technology (C&CT) portfolio

Key Responsibilities

Internal & External Audits

• Coordinate internal & external audits such as GDPR; PCI; PI Control Uplift; SSAE; EY; KMPG; Cyber security; Government Mandates (e.g. APP,PNRGOV).
• Provide documentation required for audits and ensure issues are remediated.
• Ensure C&CT comply with compliance standards
• Ensure third party compliance documents and standards are provided such as SSAE bridging letters; PCI attestation.

Compliance Incident &Problem Management

• Manage escalations regarding compliance issues when assigned by Compliance & Performance Lead.
• Engage and communicate critical compliance issues
• Manage compliance issues with suppliers, and key client stakeholders including client's Cyber team.
• Ensure that remediation items are delivered within agreed timeframes.
• Identify gaps and implement improvements to minimize compliance risks.

Project and Change Management

• Delivery of compliance projects and initiatives as assigned by Compliance & Performance Lead.
• Understand industry compliance changes and impact to Digital Systems
• Provide recommendations regarding software changes as well as processes to ensure compliance standards are maintained.
• Maintain approval process for IT Change Control &CMC.

Internal/External Relationships

• Maintain relationships with key product and delivery stakeholders
• Liaise with government authorities regarding compliance changes
• Work with system vendors (For example, Navitaire, Payment Providers) to deliver compliance changes and/or remediate compliance issues
• Work with Internal and External Audit stakeholders

Process & Documentation

• Develop and document processes to manage compliance issues and changes

• Provide instruction and documentation to Support teams on internal team processes such as user management, change control
• Update knowledgebase of standard operating procedures relating to compliance

Required Qualifications :

• Tertiary education in IT, Computer Science, or relevant industry experience
• Exposure to data protection regulatory requirements e.g. GDPR, PCI, CASA
• Proven experience in IT Service Management (Service Desk, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management)
• Experience with working within a dynamic and fast paced team environment
• Previous stakeholder engagement with internal & external vendors
• ITIL accreditation desirable
• Previous Service Desk or L1/L2 support experience (preferred)
• Experience in and understanding of aviation & travel technologies (preferred)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to interpret regulatory policies and establish solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex thoughts and ideas clearly to a variety of audiences

• Strong business acumen with ability to understand commercial, operational, and customer experience impact
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100, Php130,000.00 per month
