Schedule: Day Shift

Setup: Full onsite for 1 month; hybrid 2-3x/week WFH

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full vendor lifecycle: sourcing, onboarding, contracting, performance tracking, renewals, and offboarding.
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and controls.
  • Lead oversight of vendor-contracted personnel and ensure operational success across all departments.
  • Oversee cross-functional vendor relationships, including IT, Facilities, HR, Marketing, and consulting services.
  • Negotiate contracts and renewals, including pricing, SLAs, KPIs, and risk terms, in collaboration with Legal and Finance.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure vendor solutions meet business, compliance, and budgetary needs.
  • Monitor vendor performance through regular reviews, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Drive initiatives to streamline, consolidate, or rationalize vendor portfolios.
  • Act as an escalation point for vendor-related issues.
  • Partner with Security, Legal, Procurement, and Compliance to enforce regulatory and data privacy standards.
  • Maintain vendor management tools, reports, and dashboards to support decision-making.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or sourcing; 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success managing diverse vendor categories (e.g., IT, SaaS, BPO, HR, Facilities).
  • Strong knowledge of contract and risk management frameworks.
  • Familiar with vendor governance tools (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, ServiceNow).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Skilled in negotiation, conflict resolution, and strategic decision-making.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to turn high-level goals into actionable plans.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or certifications (CIPS, SIG) preferred.
