About the role

This is a full-time role as a Vendor Manager, based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila. Reporting to the Sales team, you will be responsible for managing key vendor relationships to support the growth and success of Seven Seven Global Services, Inc.'

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key vendors to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Negotiating and managing vendor contracts to optimise costs and secure favourable terms
  • Monitoring vendor performance and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and communicate them effectively to vendors
  • Identifying opportunities to drive continuous improvement and efficiencies in vendor management processes
  • Providing regular updates and reports on vendor performance and key initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Significant experience (5+ years) in a vendor or supplier management role, preferably within the Sales industry
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills with the ability to navigate complex commercial agreements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting to measure and track vendor performance
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in procurement, supply chain management or a related field would be an advantage
