Assistant Financial Manager

Work Location: South Caloocan City

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Start Date: ASAP

Job Description:

The Assistant Financial Manager will support the Financial Manager in overseeing the company's overall financial operations — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial transactions. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to collaborate across departments to achieve financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Collaborate with department heads in preparing annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor actual spending vs. budget and report variances with explanations.
  • Oversee daily cash flow monitoring and assist in liquidity planning.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of internal control systems to safeguard assets.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA license preferred).
  • With 3–5 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work onsite in South Caloocan City.
