Assistant Finance Manager

Location: South Caloocan City

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Availability: Can start immediately

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Assistant Finance Manager to help manage and strengthen the company's financial operations. The role supports the Financial Manager in maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance, and driving financial efficiency across all departments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze financial data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, and periodic analyses.
  • Work closely with department heads in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and expenditure reports.
  • Track and compare actual spending versus approved budgets and provide variance explanations.
  • Oversee daily cash flow, fund allocation, and liquidity monitoring.
  • Support the establishment and enforcement of internal financial controls.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to aid management decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audit requirements, and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred but not required).
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, auditing, or financial management.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial planning, and reporting standards.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, accounting tools, and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of handling tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work on-site in South Caloocan City.
