Corporate Accounting Assistant Manager
Onsite, Caloocan
Key Responsibilities:
Oversees General Accounting operations within the Finance and Accounting department, ensuring all transactions are accurately and timely recorded, reviewed, approved and translated into Accounting records for the preparation of financial statements and other reportorial requirements.
Perform daily supervision of General Accounting activities, such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Costing and Inventory
Examine / Audit transactions and records to confirm accuracy and integrity, and review and recommend controls to ensure reliability and data integrity
Qualifications:
BS Accounting graduate
Certified Public Accountant
Two (2) years experience in a supervisory level, and a total of at least seven (7) years work experience in general accounting functions such as Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Credit and Collection, Costing, Inventory and Payroll
Knowledge with Oracle NetSuite
