We are hiring Healthcare Customer Service Representative for an In-House Company

Location: BGC, Taguig

Schedule/Setup: Nightshift and Hybrid (Fixed Weekends Off)

Qualifications:

  • Education: College undergraduate for at least 2 years or associate's degree.
  • Experience: At least 1-year solid contact center experience handling a BPO - Voice - International healthcare/Insurance account. Experience in handling claims, benefits, eligibility is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining top-notch service.
