Job Overview
We're looking for a customer-focused and reliable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our in-house team supporting an Australian account. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive client experience through professional and empathetic communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, emails, or chats in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet performance metrics including customer satisfaction, quality, and response time.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge at all times.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of BPO or in-house CSR experience (Australian account preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work on-site and on shifting schedules aligned with Australian business hours.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center tools is an advantage.
