About the role

Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' is seeking enthusiastic CSR Healthcare Associates - Sales (DAYSHIFT) to join our team in Taguig City Metro Manila. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and driving sales through inbound calls.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound calls from customers and providing world-class customer service
  • Proactively identifying customer needs and recommending relevant products and services to meet those needs
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Providing feedback and suggestions to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
  • Participating in training and development activities to continuously improve your skills

What we're looking for

  • College grad - with 6mos Sales experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Dayshift Schedule
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and build rapport
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
