The opportunity

Synlink Recruitment Outsourcing Company is seeking a skilled and passionate Customer Service Representative to join their team in Alabang Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. As a CSR-Internet/Mobile Phone Account, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are resolved promptly and effectively.

Key responsibilities

  1. Responding to incoming calls and emails from customers, providing assistance and resolving issues related to internet and mobile phone services
  2. Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records of all service requests
  3. Proactively identifying and addressing customer needs, ensuring a positive and satisfactory experience
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex cases
  5. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure efficient and consistent service delivery
  6. Continuously improving customer service skills through training and feedback

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the telecommunications or internet service industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve customer issues
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  5. Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  6. A customer-centric mindset and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
