Responsibilities Content Creation Create high-quality video content for social media platforms, including short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) that capture attention and align with our brand message Utilize existing video assets creatively to develop engaging video clips optimized for each platform Design visually appealing static assets using tools like Canva for posts, banners, and promotions Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute innovative content ideas, with a strong focus on video storytelling Community Engagement Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community relationships Engage with followers by liking, commenting, and sharing user-generated content, when appropriate Build a sense of community and connection by identifying opportunities for meaningful interactions Platform Oversight Manage day-to-day operations across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and our email newsletter campaigns Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms Track and analyze performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and optimize strategies Prepare regular reports on social media growth and engagement, with actionable recommendations for improvement Boost posts strategically to amplify reach and engagement Conduct SEO keyword and competitor analyses to generate fresh, relevant content ideas Assist with email marketing campaigns by uploading and managing pre-written content in tools like Mailchimp Qualifications Proven experience in content creation and social media management, with a focus on organic growth Expertise in Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube strategies, with a track record of growing audiences Proficiency in design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) Strong analytical skills and familiarity with social media performance metrics Exceptional creativity and attention to detail Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines effectively Experience in SEO and email marketing tools like Mailchimp is preferred Applicants must be willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan Fresh graduate / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply #J-18808-Ljbffr
