In this role, you’ll work with cutting-edge AI tools and creative software to produce engaging educational content across multiple TikTok channels. You’ll have the opportunity to influence the brand’s voice while working with state-of-the-art content creation tools, reaching audiences across North America. This position offers the perfect blend of creative freedom and structured content development, allowing you to transform detailed scripts and concepts into vibrant, engaging social media content that resonates with learners.ResponsibilitiesCreate and edit dynamic short-form videos (5-10 seconds) for multiple TikTok accounts using modern editing tools and AI video generators Transform provided scripts and creative direction into engaging, platform-optimized content Manage content creation pipeline for 4 distinct TikTok channels, producing 1-2 videos daily per account Execute consistent brand voice and style across all content while maintaining high production quality Utilize various creative tools including CapCut, Synthesia, Canva, and other AI-powered platforms Coordinate with the client team to implement content strategy and maintain posting schedules Contribute to the growth and evolution of the platform’s social media presence Optimize content creation workflows to maintain efficiency and quality across multiple channels RequirementsDemonstrated experience in social media content creation and video editing Strong proficiency with content creation tools including CapCut, Synthesia, and Canva Practical experience with AI video generation tools and emerging creative technologies Deep understanding of TikTok platform dynamics and short-form video best practices Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality across multiple channels Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple concurrent projects Proven track record of following creative direction while maintaining efficiency Fluent English communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Passion for educational content and social media innovation Portfolio of relevant social media content creation work BenefitsIndependent Contractor Perks:Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection.
