Position Overview

We are seeking an SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve online visibility, drive traffic, and enhance brand awareness. Responsibilities include optimizing website content, implementing SEO techniques, managing digital campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.
  • Optimize website content, metadata, and on-page elements.
  • Develop link-building strategies to increase domain authority.
  • Create and optimize SEO-friendly content for various digital platforms.
  • Develop content calendars and promotion plans.
  • Collaborate with content creators and stakeholders.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize for ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages.
  • Develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage social media accounts and monitor conversations.
  • Use analytics tools like Google Analytics to track website performance.
  • Generate reports and insights for stakeholders.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve campaigns.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree, Certification in Communications, Digital Media, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing, understanding search engine algorithms and best practices.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, CMS, and email marketing platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Creative thinking and industry trend awareness.
