Salary Range: Competitive; based on experience + commission structure
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday.

About the Partner Company:
Our partner company is a high-growth performance marketing agency specializing in affiliate lead generation for finance and insurance brands. Known for speed, creative rigor, and a lean structure, the company operates in both the US and Spanish-speaking markets. Their focus is on delivering scalable results through data-driven media buying strategies.
Role Overview:
We're hiring a Full-Time Media Buyer (English & Spanish) to support their team's paid acquisition efforts across affiliate funnels. The role requires deep expertise in affiliate marketing, specifically for the finance and insurance verticals. The ideal candidate is a performance-driven growth marketer with extensive experience in media buying, funnel optimization, and cross-platform marketing strategies for international audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Strategize, execute, and scale paid media campaigns (Facebook, YouTube, Google Ads) across affiliate funnels for finance and insurance verticals.
- Monitor key performance metrics: CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS and campaign performance by cohort.
- Manage A/B testing for copy, creatives, landing pages, and targeting frameworks.
- Collaborate with the internal team to brief and test new creative angles.
Optimization & Reporting
- Proactively identify and optimize underperforming campaigns, adjust funnels, and traffic sources to improve performance.
- Report campaign performance weekly, flagging risks, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- Manage tracking infrastructure, attribution tools, and UTM frameworks to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.
Knowledge Sharing & Creative Development
- Document campaign findings and test results to support internal knowledge sharing.
- Occasionally translate or QA Spanish-language creative copy and landing pages (LPs).
- Build new campaigns with scaling targets in mind (horizontal & vertical scaling).
Requirements:
Non-Negotiables::
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Understands the cultural nuances of the Latin American market
- 3+ years of experience in paid media buying, particularly within performance-focused environments.
- Strong background in affiliate marketing, including experience with offers, rev-share, CPL/CPA metrics.
- Strong analytical skills—ability to interpret data and act on campaign insights.
- Comfortable owning campaign budgets and outcomes without micromanagement.
- Experience working with international brands or teams in multiple time zones.
- Motivated by performance-based incentives and a focus on results.
Nice-to-Haves::
- Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken)
- Prior experience in the insurance or finance lead gen verticals
- Familiarity with ClickFunnels, RedTrack, Voluum, or similar affiliate tools
- Knowledge of compliance/regulatory nuances in financial advertising
- Bonus points for prior team leadership or hiring experience
