The Opportunity

We're looking for a Meta Ads Administrator to join our growing team. This is an entry-to-mid-level role with tremendous growth potential. You'll manage the daily execution and optimization of campaigns on Meta Ads, ensuring performance is aligned with KPIs and partner capacity.

This is a hands-on role with clear mentorship from a Senior Media Buyer and a defined career trajectory toward becoming a Senior Media Buyer yourself. If you're analytical, detail-obsessed, and eager to learn, this is your fast track into high-level digital marketing.

What You'll Do

• Campaign Execution: Launch, pause, and adjust campaigns in Meta Ads Manager based on partner capacity and performance.

• Performance Sweeps: Perform twice-daily reviews of active campaigns to pause underperforming ads and ensure KPIs are protected.

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct basic campaign analysis and compile results into clear, templated reports for internal review.

• Ad Moderation: Monitor ad comments to maintain brand integrity, respond to inquiries, and escalate potential issues.

• Collaboration: Work seamlessly across tools like ClickUp, Slack, and GoHighLevel to ensure smooth workflows and alignment with the broader operations team.

What You'll Bring

• Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing live campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.

• Attention to Detail: You double-check your work, spot errors quickly, and are obsessed with accuracy.

• Documentation Skills: You keep clean records and communicate clearly in writing.

• Critical Thinking: You can analyze data, spot problems early, and propose solutions.

• Communication: You're proactive about asking questions, providing updates, and collaborating with teammates.

• Coachability: You're eager to learn from senior media buyers, accept feedback well, and implement changes quickly.

How Success is Measured

• Campaigns launched and managed accurately and on time.

• Underperforming ads proactively identified and paused during daily sweeps.

• Reports delivered clearly, accurately, and on schedule.

• Evidence of fast learning curve and ability to apply new concepts.

This role is designed as a direct pipeline to Senior Media Buyer. You will be working alongside experienced mentors, gaining the skills needed to manage large-scale budgets, build advanced campaign strategies, and ultimately take full ownership of your own client accounts.
