We're looking for a Social Media Content & Engagement Specialist who will manage all our social media platforms and play a key role in connecting with new clients online.

The Role

This role is about creating content and driving engagement across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels to grow our community and attract new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full Platform Management – Oversee all our social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
  • Content Creation – Draft and schedule posts, articles, and updates tailored for each platform.
  • Engagement – Respond to comments, messages, and engage with potential leads daily.
  • LinkedIn Workflow – Manage connections, interactions, and publish thought-leadership content.
  • Community Growth – Build audiences and foster relationships through active engagement.
  • Ad Hoc Marketing Tasks – Support other digital marketing initiatives when needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience managing multiple social media platforms for a business.
  • Strong communication and writing skills (must be fluent in English).
  • Organised, creative, and detail-oriented.
  • Skilled at turning social interactions into meaningful business opportunities.
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools (OneUp, Hootsuite, Later, etc.) is a plus.
