Social Media Marketing Manager

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company expanding our reach across Southeast Asia. Our team thrives on speed, creativity, and results. We're looking for a highly independent Social Media Marketing Manager who can own our social media strategy end-to-end and deliver measurable growth.

Role Overview

You will be in charge of building and executing our social media presence across multiple platforms. This is not a coordinator role—this is a manager-level position where you will run everything independently: from strategy to content, scheduling to reporting, campaigns to community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a clear social media strategy aligned with business goals
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and content calendars across all platforms (FB, IG, TikTok, etc.)
• Create engaging content (captions, short-form videos, graphics) that drives reach and conversions
• Plan and run paid social media campaigns (FB Ads, TikTok Ads, IG Ads)
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for ROI
• Stay on top of social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Build brand awareness and engage with our online community

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (at least 3 years)
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
• Hands-on experience with social media ads and analytics tools
• Strong creative skills (copywriting, basic design/video editing)
• Data-driven, able to turn metrics into actionable insights
• Highly independent and proactive—you can run campaigns with minimal supervision
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

Nice to Have

• Experience in e-commerce or consumer brands
• Familiarity with influencer collaborations and affiliate marketing
