Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Billing Staff to join our finance team. The Billing Staff will assist the Finance Officer in preparing billing statements, verifying job completions, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process billing documents based on completed installation, restoration, and repair activities.
  • Coordinate with operations and QA teams to verify job orders and supporting documents.
  • Encode, organize, and file billing reports and records for submission to clients.
  • Assist in reconciling billing discrepancies and follow up on pending payments.
  • Support the Finance Officer in administrative and accounting-related tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all documents are complete before submission.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accountancy, Business Administration, or any related course.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in billing or accounting is an advantage but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic office software.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
  • Willing to learn and work closely with the finance and operations team.
