QUALIFICATIONS
- A graduate of any 2 to 4 year course, preferably Business Administration or Office Administration.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Excellent time-management skills and deadline-driven.
- Open to taking on other job positions as needed.
- Willing to relocate for work in Davao City and/or Mandaue City.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle office communications, documentation, and filing of records.
- Assist in preparing and updating reports, forms, and databases.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Support administrative and clerical tasks related to customer service and billing.
- Provide administrative support to various departments such as accounting and operations teams.
- Perform administrative and other task as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
