Job Accountabilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls and emails from travel agents.
  • Provide accurate information on products, pricing, promotions and booking policies.
  • Support the UK sales team by preparing quotations, booking confirmations and follow-up communications.
  • Assist in managing agent accounts, ensuring timely resolution of issues or queries.
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (operations, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Support the implementation of sales campaigns or agent training sessions as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or travel operations.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Comfortable working UK hours and liaising with clients from the UK and Europe.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization and follow-up skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM or booking systems.
  • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a strong advantage.
  • Experience using GDS systems will be given preference
