Company Overview

We are an established international logistics group specializing in freight forwarding, transportation, customs brokerage, warehousing, and courier services across Canada, China, and the US. As our operations continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced logistics professional to join our team remotely from the Philippines.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with hands-on experience in freight forwarding and customs brokerage. The successful candidate will work remotely on Pacific Standard Time (PST) to support our North American and Asia-based operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate import and export shipments, ensuring full compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Prepare and review shipping and customs documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
  • Handle customs clearance processes and communicate with carriers, clients, and customs authorities.
  • Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve any logistics or customs-related issues.
  • Provide customer support by email and phone, answering inquiries regarding shipments, documentation, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams in Canada, China, and the Philippines to ensure smooth end-to-end logistics operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in freight forwarding and/or customs brokerage.
  • Philippines Customs Brokerage License (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs clearance procedures.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work remotely, independently, and efficiently on PST schedule.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time remote position
  • 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM PST (night shift in the Philippines)
