Job Description – Forwarder

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Forwarder. This role involves assisting with the coordination of shipments, supporting logistics processes, and helping to ensure that deliveries are carried out smoothly and on time. The position requires attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating shipments and transportation.
  • Support scheduling and monitoring of deliveries.
  • Communicate with relevant contacts to ensure smooth flow of information.
  • Maintain records and documentation related to forwarding activities.
  • Provide general support to the logistics and operations team.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office or equivalent).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in logistics or forwarding is a plus, but not required.

Compensation

  • Competitive salary, commensurate with experience.

Work Hours

  • Full-time position
  • Weekends off
