Conflict Resolution:

  • Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts between employees or between employees and management.
  • Address grievances and complaints promptly to maintain a positive work environment.

Policy Implementation and Communication:

  • Ensure employees understand company policies, procedures, and labor laws.
  • Communicate updates or changes in policies effectively to all staff.

Employee Engagement:

  • Organize initiatives to boost employee morale and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Conduct surveys or feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and address concerns.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to employee relations.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases, investigations, and resolutions.

Exit Interviews and Turnover Analysis:

  • Conduct exit interviews to understand reasons for employee departures.
  • Analyze turnover trends and recommend strategies to improve retention.

Support Leadership:

  • Advise management on employee relations matters and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and leadership to foster trust and transparen

Job Type: Full-time
