About the Role:The Reservations Officer is responsible for managing and coordinating bookings for flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel services. This role involves working closely with our travel suppliers, airlines, hotels, and partners to ensure accuracy in all reservations and provide outstanding support to clients throughout the booking process.

What You'll Do:

  • Handle flight, hotel, and tour reservations with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide travel options, quotations, and itinerary recommendations
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and internal teams
  • Ensure all booking details are complete, verified, and aligned with client requirements
  • Track reservations, follow up on pending bookings, and update clients promptly
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold service quality standards
  • Assist in resolving booking issues or changes professionally

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong work ethic and character
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or any related field
  • Experience in reservations or booking systems is an advantage (no experience are welcome as long as you're willing to learn. We will provide basic training in Amedeus)
  • Basic editing skills in Canva
  • Knowledge of Excel sheets and Google documents
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Most especially, someone who loves traveling
