About the Role:

The Visa Officer is responsible for managing and processing visa applications for clients traveling to various destinations. This role involves ensuring all documentation is accurate, liaising with embassies and consulates, staying updated on visa regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the application process.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare, review, and manage visa application documents to ensure they are accurate and compliant with embassy and government requirements.
• Assist with application processing. Handle the submission, tracking, and processing of visa applications for clients.
• Provide accurate information and guidance to ensure smooth and successful submissions
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, government agencies, and internal teams regarding visa-related matters.
• Maintain records, follow timelines, and uphold service quality standards

What We're Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and character
• Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, International Relations, or any related field
• Experience in a work-related setting (visa processing or travel documentation) no experience are welcome as long as you're willing to learn)
• Knowledge of international visa procedures and travel regulations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic editing skills in Canva
• Knowledge of Excel sheets and Google documents
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Willing to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Most especially, someone who loves traveling
