We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Platform Developer to join our data engineering team and lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance data platforms. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about building robust data infrastructure and enabling advanced analytics across the organization.

As a Senior Data Platform Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end data solutions that support enterprise-wide decision-making. You will work closely with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to ensure seamless data integration, accessibility, and reliability across various systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and develop scalable data platforms using modern cloud technologies.
  • Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and security across all layers of the platform.
  • Optimize performance of data storage and retrieval systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in data engineering.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering or platform development.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and distributed data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Kafka).
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php80, Php130,000.00 per month
