We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Integration Developer (HCM) to design, develop, and maintain seamless integrations between our Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and various internal and external platforms. This role is critical in ensuring data accuracy, process automation, and efficient information flow across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable, secure integrations between HCM platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors) and third-party systems.
  • Analyze business and technical requirements to develop integration solutions using APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), middleware tools, and file-based methods.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues and performance bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to support HR business processes and reporting requirements.
  • Maintain integration documentation, data mappings, and technical specifications.
  • Lead integration testing, deployment, and post-production support.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in integration development, preferably in an HCM environment.
  • Proficiency with integration platforms and tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Workday Studio, SAP CPI).
  • Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, JSON, REST/SOAP APIs, and SFTP.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based HCM solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php80, Php120,000.00 per month
