We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analytics Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of our data infrastructure and analytics solutions. This role will play a key part in turning raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines and ETL processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Scientists, Analysts, Engineers, and Business Leaders) to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and optimize data models and data warehouses for analytical consumption.
  • Ensure data integrity, quality, and governance across all platforms.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and self-service tools to empower stakeholders with data-driven insights.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through deep data analysis.
  • Mentor junior team members and enforce best practices in coding, documentation, and data management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data pipeline tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, dbt).
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Proficiency in data warehousing technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
  • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php80, Php120,000.00 per month
