We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that support strategic business decisions across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data analytics, business intelligence, and visualization tools, with a proven ability to interpret large datasets and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
  • Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to understand data needs and deliver insights.
  • Design and implement KPIs and performance metrics to track business performance.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to solve complex business problems and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Lead data projects and mentor junior analysts, ensuring best practices in data governance and analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
  • Proficient in SQL, Excel, and at least one programming language such as Python or R.
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools and data warehousing.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php80, Php120,000.00 per month
