Job Summary:

The Technical Support Staff is responsible for providing front-line technical assistance and

support to end-users to CITICON READY-MIX & CONSTRUCTION, INC and other related

companies. The role ensures that hardware, software, and network issues are resolved

promptly while maintaining proper documentation of all support activities, system

configurations, and technical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support for hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and other IT peripheral problems.
  • Assist with system installations, configurations, updates, and maintenance.
  • Log, track, and document all support requests, incidents, and resolutions using a ticketing system or equivalent.
  • Prepare and maintain proper documentation for IT processes, user guides, FAQs, and system changes.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical staff or vendors when necessary.
  • Support in managing user accounts, email, and access permissions.
  • Perform regular ISP check, system checks, backups, and preventive maintenance.
  • Assist in IT asset inventory, equipment issuance, and tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and data protection practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a technical support, helpdesk, or IT support role.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux/Mac), and common office applications.
  • Basic understanding of networking technologies (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to document processes, solutions, and technical instructions clearly.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Windows Server, Office 365/Google Workspace administration.
  • Experience with remote desktop support tools.
  • Knowledge of basic server, CCTV, or structured cabling is an advantage.

Other Skills:

  • Driving manual- and automatic-transmission vehicles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php24, Php28,000.00 per month
