Job Description

As a Corporate Travel Manager, you will oversee travel operations, lead a team of coordinators, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure compliance with travel policies. Your expertise in managing costs, handling disruptions, and streamlining travel processes will keep corporate journeys efficient, safe, and stress-free.

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Mid Shift, Mondays to Fridays, 02:00 PM to 11:00 PM (MNL)

Work setup: Onsite, Makati

The Qualifications We Seek

  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate travel management
  • Knowledge of travel regulations, compliance, and visa requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and travel booking tools
  • Strong skills in analyzing and reporting travel expenses and budgets
  • Able to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-organized with good time management
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
  • Flexible with changing travel plans and schedules
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

Your Daily Tasks

  • Lead and manage a team of Travel Coordinators
  • Develop and enforce company travel policies to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel vendors (airlines, hotels, car rental agencies)
  • Negotiate contracts with travel service providers to secure the best rates and services
  • Monitor travel spending, manage budgets, and find opportunities to reduce costs
  • Oversee all business travel arrangements, including flights, lodging, and transportation
  • Guide employees on travel policies, procedures, and appropriate booking practices
  • Handle and resolve travel disruptions or emergencies (e.g., cancellations, lost luggage)
  • Analyze travel data to produce reports and improve the travel program
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and international travel regulations
  • Stay current on industry trends, travel laws, and new technologies
  • Maintain a database of employee travel profiles, preferences, and documentation
  • Perform other duties as required
