The Corporate A&H Portfolio and Client Services Officer is the cornerstone of our client relationships, primarily responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of corporate accident and health insurance accounts. This critical role ensures client satisfaction and business retention by focusing on renewals, expert account servicing, and strategic portfolio tracking. The Officer acts as the main point of contact for clients, brokers, and partners, guaranteeing seamless policy administration and high-quality service through both face-to-face and virtual interactions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Accident & Health insurance, corporate insurance, or a client servicing role.
- Proven background in account management, renewals, client servicing, or portfolio tracking is essential.
- Exposure to basic or minimal underwriting concepts is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with comfort and proficiency in face-to-face client engagements.
- Highly organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with insurance-related systems.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, orientations, or training sessions as required.
