About the Role

We're looking for a LinkedIn Marketing Specialist to manage and grow the professional online presence of a neurosurgery practice. The role involves promoting the clinic's services across its three locations, engaging with healthcare professionals (particularly General Practitioners), and developing informative content focused on neurological health, the brain, and spine care.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in LinkedIn marketing, content creation, and professional networking, preferably within the healthcare or medical field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the LinkedIn business page for the neurosurgery practice.
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the clinic's goals and professional branding.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging and medically relevant content on neurological topics.
  • Plan and manage LinkedIn advertising campaigns to promote the clinic's three sites and core services.
  • Connect and engage with General Practitioners and other healthcare professionals to strengthen professional relationships.
  • Track and analyse campaign and page performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay informed about LinkedIn best practices, platform updates, and healthcare marketing trends.

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience as a LinkedIn Marketing Specialist, Social Media Manager, or Digital Marketing Professional.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, campaign optimisation, and B2B engagement strategies.
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or medical marketing is highly regarded.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex or medical topics.
  • Proficiency with social media and design tools (e.g. LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with experience using metrics to improve content performance.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
