Job description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage the organization of key client projects. As our project manager, you will coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. Your duties include managing timelines, resolving problems, and coaching team members on Agile methodologies. Attends CTO team and client meetings in NZ, AU, US, or PH time zone as required.

Other Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the IT industry working in an application, system, and solution development environment
  • Proven working experience as a project lead or manager in the information technology sector
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience in a scrum master role
  • Familiarity with software development
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement)
  • Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach.
  • With experience in project management tools using JIRA and other project management tools
