The Digital Platforms Project Manager delivers application and automation projects by coordinating with development teams, process owners, and technical leads. The role ensures timely completion, quality of configuration, and stakeholder alignment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Must have at least minimum of 3 years in project management experience.
  • -Familiarity in IT systems, applications, software development, and infrastructure; preferably SAP and RPA systems
  • Coordinated with cross-functional teams (developers, system admins, vendors, and business users) to track progress and resolve project issues.
  • -Maintained project documentation including project charters, status reports, risk registers, and change logs.
  • -Supported requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to document business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • -Prepared weekly project status updates and dashboards for management review.
  • -Monitored project risks and dependencies, escalating issues to senior management when necessary.
  • -Manage project planning, prioritization, and delivery performance tracking
  • -Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
