Responsibilities

The Digital Growth Specialist is a mid-level role within the Marketing and Business Development team, responsible for driving lead generation, digital visibility, and performance marketing efforts across global markets. Education & Work Background

  • Minimum 5 years in digital marketing or growth roles (preferably BPO, outsourcing, SaaS)
  • Proven success in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads for US B2B audiences
  • Skilled in GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, HubSpot
  • Strong SEO and competitor benchmarking
  • Recruitment marketing experience preferred
  • Analytical and confident with data
  • Excellent communication and project ownership
  • Agile and results-driven
  • Experience managing stakeholders and priorities
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel
  • Amenable to onsite work in Makati

Job Type: Full-time
