We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will handle the online presence of BCMSI & 51st Manpower Agency. The role will focus on brand awareness, recruitment support, and digital campaigns to attract both clients and qualified applicants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management
  • Create, schedule, and manage brand awareness posts across Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Develop engaging content that highlights company values, manpower solutions, and success stories.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and inquiries, and coordinate with HR/Recruitment for responses.
  • Recruitment Support
  • Assist the Recruitment Team in posting job openings on social media and online job portals.
  • Design visually appealing job posts and optimize them for reach and visibility.
  • Track and analyze application flow from online platforms to improve recruitment campaigns.
  • Content Creation & Branding
  • Develop digital marketing materials (banners, graphics, short videos, etc.).
  • Ensure consistent brand identity for BCMSI & 51st across all digital channels.
  • Write compelling captions, blogs, and short-form content aligned with manpower industry trends.
  • Analytics & Optimization
  • Monitor and analyze performance of posts and campaigns.
  • Suggest improvements based on data (reach, engagement, conversion).
  • Prepare monthly reports on marketing activities and results.
  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with Recruitment, HR, and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Coordinate with management for campaigns that promote services to potential clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in recruitment or manpower industry.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
  • Strong writing and communication skills (English & Filipino).
  • Knowledge of digital ads (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) is a plus.
  • Highly organized, creative, and results-driven.
